General Notes, Restrictions & Reminders

Children below 12 years free on all categories with parent/guardian. Always carry age proof (birth certificate / school ID). Children 12+ need their own ticket.
ID Proof mandatory for all adults: Aadhaar (Indians) / Passport (NRI/Foreign). Tickets are biometrically linked and non-transferable on SED, Divya Darshan, and all Arjita Seva categories.
Dress Code (confirmed from TTD source): Male: Dhoti, Shirt / Female: Saree / Half Saree / Chudidar with Dupatta. Western casuals not permitted near sanctum, queue complexes, or Mada Streets. Footwear not permitted inside queue lines, Mada Streets, or temple.
Mahadwaram (East Gate) is the sacred inner temple gateway visible to pilgrims. It is not a public entry point from outside. No pilgrim category (including VVIP) uses Mahadwaram as an entry gate. All pilgrims enter through VQC / Supatham / designated protocol lanes.
SED ₹300 General Darshan: 90-day cooling period between bookings per person. Arjita Seva eDIP: 180-day cooling period between registrations (confirmed from TTD booking portal JS source).
Virtual Seva is separate from SED — it is its own booking flow (virtual-seva / connected darshan) and uses a different queue lane at VQC-1. Do not confuse with the standard ₹300 SED ticket.
Vaikunta Dwara Darshanam dates change each year — always verify current year's exact dates at TTD website before planning travel.
